We are not like the multi chain agencies who treat you like “just another customer”, instead we enjoy building long term relationships with our clients and getting to know them on a first name basis. Rest assured our team will always roll out the red carpet for you. 

We understand that no two properties are ever the same and the same goes for their landlords, we appreciate not everyone has green fingers or can work their way round a black & decker, that is why we offer landlords three levels of service which they can pick from depending on which one suits them best.

1. Introduction & Tenancy Service

·         Free market appraisal of your property to ascertain the rental value that could be achieved.

·         Comprehensive marketing and accompanying prospective tenants during viewings.

·         Tenancy agreements drawn up between both parties.

·         Check in of the tenants into the property.

·         Arranging an Energy Performance Certificate & Gas and Electrical inspection.

The commission charged for this service is 10% of the total rent payable under the tenancy plus VAT.

2. Let and Rent Processing Service

·         Free market appraisal of your property to ascertain the rental value that could be achieved.

·         Comprehensive marketing and accompanying prospective tenants during viewings.

·         Tenancy agreements drawn up between both parties.

·         Check in of the tenants into the property.

·         Arranging an Energy Performance Certificate & Gas and Electrical Inspection.

Additional services include;

·         Monthly Statements

·         Deposit Registration

·         Monthly Collection of Rent

The commission payable for this service is 12% of the total rent payable under the tenancy plus VAT.

3. Property Management Service

·         Free market appraisal of your property to ascertain the rental value that could be achieved.

·         Comprehensive marketing and accompanying prospective tenants during viewings.

·         Tenancy agreements drawn up between both parties.

·         Check in of the tenants into the property.

·         Arranging an Energy performance certificate & Gas and Electrical inspection.

·         Monthly statements

·         Deposit Registration

·         Monthly Collection of Rent

Additional services include;

·         Check tenants out of the property

·         Periodic Inspections

·         Payment of day to day outgoings

·         Property Maintenance

·         Transfer of Utilities.

The commission payable for this service is 14% of the total rent payable under the tenancy plus VAT.
